We use a select number of trusted external service providers for certain service offerings. These service providers are carefully selected and meet high data protection, data privacy and security standards.
We only share information with them that is required for the services offered and we contractually bind them to keep any information we share with them as confidential and to process personal data only according to our instructions.

- All direct booking payments for rooms are handled by a thirt-party. We use FreedomPay to safely process your payments. All your payment data including name, credit card number, phone number, email, and address are safely stored by FreedomPay. For full details read their privacy policy.
- All bookings made via Marriott are subject to their privacy policy.
- All bookings for our restaurants are handled by a third-party. We use SevenRooms to safely take your bookings in our restaurants. All your personal data including name, credit card number, phone number, email, and address are safely stored by SevenRooms. For full details read their privacy policy.
- We use a third-party to collect emails and send newsletter. When you sign-up for our newsletter, your email is collected via Brevo. When we send emails using Brevo, we have disabled open tracking and link tracking. Read their privacy policy.
